• UFS CSRC Elective Portfolio Secondment Form

    • Overview
      This form allows registered UFS students to second (support) a candidate's nomination for a CSRC Elective Portfolio, using their Nomination PIN in place of a physical signature.

      Secondment Requirements

      1. A total of 200 seconding students are required for a candidate contesting President or Deputy President, per campus
      2. A total 100 seconding students are required for a candidate contesting any other Elective Portfolio, per campus

      How Secondment Works

      1. Your Nomination PIN replaces a physical signature and confirms your identity as a registered student
      2. Each Nomination PIN may be used once to self-nominate its holder for a single portfolio. The same PIN may be used once to second one candidate for one portfolio.
      3. A secondment is submitted as a single, one-time transaction.
      4. Once submitted, your PIN's secondment use is exhausted — it cannot be used to second another candidate, or the same candidate for a different portfolio, and the secondment cannot be withdrawn or reassigned once submitted

      Your student number, Nomination PIN, campus, the candidate and portfolio you are seconding, and your declaration confirming the accuracy of this information.
